Ultimately, Jesus Christ is the president and consecrator at the eucharist. The Eucharist is not presided over by magic men or women. Anyway, the experience of my own diocese (Adelaide) is that people kick up a fuss for a while then just get on with it. Those who don't - the minority - leave.
