    I’m fascinated by the word and notion of “follower”, which can carry both negative and positive baggage with it.

  2. I love this video. The idea that the first follower is as important if not more important than the thing they are following is really interesting and rings so true. The first follower is essentially also a leader. We see this a lot where first followers are looked to for acceptance of what the leader/where the movement is going. The influence of the first followers is vital in keeping the leader in check and building the movement below… I don’t know if that makes sense!?
